Pay and hours are good. You get your own desk to decorate and they do a lot of fun activities

Cons

Mean girls for managers and co workers . Benefits are very expensive. If you are not in a click you will not survive there

It is a steady paycheck

Cons

Benefits got worse every year. Management treats employees as expendable. Mandatory overtime eventually takes a toll on health. Very little work-life balance. Human Resources is a communications black hole and offers very little, if any, support. High employee turnover rate.
