HR is worse, puppet of Managers, no any response taken by employees. Management is treating employees like slaves. Micro management. Salary cuts, You need to cry for leaves. Not at all Work Life Balance. With above all the main concern is Job Security. If you got on bench and its due to company only still you will loose your job.

The management does not want people, They want slaves, who can just follow their orders without questioning them back and if they don't do that, they will be hit on everything possible aspect/parameters. Also the way they have treated employees during covid and specially those who were affected, was ruthless. No company would do that. Every company is giving some covid leaves and support to employees where rsystems has taken back earned leaves and also the incentive, now all these people can't take any leave ever or they will have to pay for each leave they take in future. Some of them did 11 hours graveyard shift too during that crucial time. Company has no standard rules/regulations which can be talked about in public. Leave policies are pathetic And the way managers humiliate people is pathetic too. Whom will you complaint in such environment, when nobody is there to listen not even HR?? I am still struggling with trust issues, I have developed some physiological condition for which I am getting treatment for. This is how my experience was and trust me. I know people who had same experience too. Please treat people as human beings they are all very talented and well grown adults coming from good families. They are not slaves to be bounded and humiliate. Everybody has their financial responsibilities and that's why they are working and even accepting all those inhuman rules, but they have not sold themselves or their self respect. I tried to fight back but I faced strong retaliation from management as they demonstrate their revenageful actions against the whistleblowers
