Being a CMMI and PCMM Level 5 organization there is no much value of Employees . 1- No Employee Friendly 2- Not a Flexible Time to work ( Dedicated 9.5 hours of Work at your Desktop ) 3- WFH policy is Zero . Very rarely . 4- Higher Management are the worst who do not believe in his subordinate and does to much micro management 5- Bad Leave Policy ( Like Sandwich Leave . Friday and Monday leave will be converted to 4 days including Saturday and Sunday ). 6- Job Security is biggest concern . 7- RMG or TAG group don't know the proper management and alignment of the resources . They Play on the indication of the Higher management like VP etc.

Unprofessional Manager and Project Leads who don't have a sense, how to behave and talk with people. No work-life balance, I felt that Management seeks for Machines who can work 24/7. Some Managers are ruining the organisation's reputation so I think they should be fired instead of Hiring and Firing Employees. Unprofessional Managers make Employee demotivated and unhealthy why Management don't understand this Fact. 3 Months Notice Period. HR policies are not Employee Friendly. Taking leaves is very tedious, even if you have enough leaves you have to beg in front of Manager and leave lapsed after reaching a certain number so most employees leave go in Vein. The company seeks for Machine who can sit in front of computer for more than 8 hours which I think is quite tough as you will be unhealthy.
