      Worst company - No job security - No HR policies - Worst work environment

      They offer good salary because no good person wants to join this organisation

      Cons

      Trust me there is no job security. HR are servant of managers so you can be out of organisation anytime. Work environment is worst. You often interact with old aged VP’s in a team meeting which is very weird. Very small company VP has lot of time. Rsystems is a fake cmmilevel5 company. Infrastructure is very very poor in C-40. PLS DO NOT JOIN RSYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL NOIDA GREATER NOIDA.....

      There is only two pros of this company. One is good cafeteria and second one is salary on time.

      Cons

      Very unprofessional company. They will fire you if there is no work even since 15 days for you. No work life balance. Have to work till 3 AM. A client mail will come in the evening around 6 PM and you are asked to complete the task on the same day anyhow. Worst company. I advice not to join. Only join if you have no option.
