Pros

You will only get good salary hike. But it's a trap 🪤 for those candidates who is serving notice period.

Cons

Never join if you are experienced candidates. You will get good hikes but job security is zero. Within two months of joining I got to know I have to go. Very bad management and hiring process. For next one month they don't have plans for candidates.

they will good hike while hiring you.

Cons

I will never recommend any to join this company at any cost. even they are giving you 100% hike. when you resign from the project. they will threaten you not to leave . otherwise they will not give you your reliving letter and also fail your BGV. similar thing happen with me. All those i got my letter later. I remains in tension even after my resign till my letters are received. during that time i also reached one advocate and taken legal advice - what can i do if company do such things. Management is sucks here. HR is just for the name. Small projects , job security is zero. bench period is just one month.

Salaries are disbursed on time

Cons

Orthodox work environment in Finance department. Unnecessary late sitting hours bcz finance head of the company doesn’t have work life balance. Totally discouraging environment for new joiners. Humiliation and un-professionalism in working style. Professionals treated like unqualified and given work which is discouraging for profession. Team Politics.
