Pros

Good work-life balance, fully remote. flexible PTO, Great co-workers in my group. Average benefits

Cons

"Tuition reimbursement is notably low, offering about half of what’s typical among similarly sized companies in the industry. HR support was consistently unhelpful, often only addressing issues after they’d become irrelevant. Note they do respond to these but the issues over the review remain static with no apparent action. They send out a work survey every month yet I would love to have seen any indication that the had taken action on these in a meaningful way,. Some painfully clunky UI/UX software If you missed out on working in 2005 this will give you an idea. It's not that they don't have good designers though until lately didn't pay them much heed. The company repeatedly reduced its workforce, despite assurances each time that layoffs were done for a while, undermining trust. Long-term employees didn’t seem valued, and the salary for my role—despite over a decade of experience—was below market standards. They leaned heavily on outsourcing, claiming there was still plenty of work—until major layoffs hit, like the significant cut to product development. Cost-cutting defined the culture: outdated tools, minimal team-building, and scant training opportunities. Testing was undervalued, Now that the company has gone private, it’s unclear if these penny-pinching tendencies will shift, but my experience, after being laid off, is that a focus on short-term savings over employee investment hasn't changed.

Pros

- Remote - Work hard to meet monthly revenue goals, holidays get extended so you can get more time off

Cons

- Training is subpar & you are on your own usually after 1 month or so. You are kicked into the fire pretty quickly. - Competitive job market right now for remote roles. Do not expect to get an interview as soon as possible or land an interview. Even if you land an interview or two, do not expect a response back. Check Workday for your application status.
