Pros

Decent pay, flexible PTO for salaried employees, remote opportunities, lots of flexibility, opportunities for growth

Cons

In my 10 year tenure, company was bought out at least 3 times. I was a tenured, well performing employee and was laid off in the most recent buy out. Management encouraged to apply to another position similar to the current duties being performed, but paying less. Also talks about how important diversity is in the company, yet took away MLK and Juneteenth as paid holidays in one of the buy outs. Management does not take time to talk to or listen to employees. Working well over 40 hours for salaried employees is encouraged and frowned upon if the employee does not do so. Very little work/life balance Long story short, company does not value employees, they value money.

Pros

Great associates and coworkers, the work diverse and is never boring.

Cons

Terrible staffing model. Technology is archaic and IT is a joke. Senior leadership doesn’t care about the boots on the ground they just want to keep the budget low and their bonuses high. Measly pay for both entry level (~$17 hr) and management (with the work hours required it equals out to roughly $10 hr). Breaks and lunches are non-existent but they sure will make you take your break and punch out. Managers are the solution for every call off because they are salary. Double shifts are common. Triple shifts are also common. Don’t expect to have a life outside of work.

Pros

Your coworkers are what makes the job lively

Cons

They low ball you here and the management needs additional training on being leaders not just a boss.
