      Pros

      I am writing this sentence in this space in order to fulfill the 20 word requirement under the Pros section.

      Cons

      There is EXTREME employee turnover within R2 Logistics. Definitive poor quality supervisors within the administrative headquarters. Supervisors are reactive rather than proactive in the face of obstacles. Poor working environment with a definitive lack of communication and corporate culture. Training is super unorganized. There is no Human Resources personnel onsite at most work locations.
