Great Industry and made some good friends.

Cons

The worst working environment I have ever seen or heard of. I still joke with my R2 buddies about how insane it is was. Terrible decision made by the second by management and their demands are laughable. Everyone quits within a year if they stay that long, oh except for the worst employees they stay and get promoted.

Pros

At R2 you will learn the basics of the transportation industry. If you need experience talking with strangers on the phone, you will get that here because you will be answering and making calls all day. Turnover is extremely high.

Cons

During my interview with the branch manager and speaking with HR before my first day, there was no mention about working nights and weekends, so I was quite surprised when that came up after I started working. Also, working 50+ hours a week for only $32k is a bit low. The work you do can get boring because you say the same thing on the phone all day. I felt that the atmosphere inside the office was immature and at times quite disrespectful.
