      Worst place to work if you want to pursue a promising career

      Pros

      They offer free drinks, coffee and trail mix. Heath insurance is a plus but you have to wait 3 months to get it. The only other positive is when you leave to go home.

      Cons

      Company pays you the lowest amount possible and expects you to work overtime with no incentive pay. The workload is very unorganized and management puts unfair expectations on answering all the mass phone calls and emails. Say good bye to a personal life because management constantly makes it difficult to take vacation time off.

      At R2 Logistics we offer a competitive salary among the transportation industry leaders. In addition, we offer an uncapped commission structure for employees who make sales with new customers. The only time vacation may not be granted is around the holidays when everyone requests the same days off and we still need people to work. However, if you're willing to work with your manager they are more than happy to work with you.

      worst company I have ever worked for

      Pros

      Bonding with coworkers while everyone works a boring job that doesn't pay well at all.

      Cons

      $12 an hour after taxes, 45+ hours a week, no overtime pay, work at least 1 non-paid Saturday a month. With the "opportunity to make extra income", the workload piled on GREATLY exceeds a minuscule pay increase that only comes if you hit certain margins. The name of the game is to make the company a ton of money while pod leaders get little treats for giving up all their time and ops personnel gets a ridiculous salary. All of your emails and messages are read by paranoid management. All of the positive reviews made on this site are by management. If you try to put in your 2 weeks notice, you will be asked to leave immediately and threatened with the non-compete you are forced to sign upon being hired. This company has the worst business ethics I have experienced so far and management has zero morals. All the employees express dissatisfaction with the job but are too afraid to get fired to speak up.

      Pros

      relaxed atmosphere, if you have a sailors mouth it is ok.

      Cons

      all couching comes with negativity. Constant wipers of the company has no money and broken promises. Shutting down branches with no warning , cutting the previous quarter events. At this point everyone expects budget cuts to be announced at least bi monthly as they consolidate and tell you that is not what they are doing
