R2 is a very family oriented company. They have the Employees best interest at heart. I can come in to work and actually enjoy my job, I don't dread it like I have with past jobs. I'm able to voice my opinion to my superiors and know that the issues or concerns I have are being looked into.

Cons

At this moment, I have no Cons with my job.

I enjoyed working with the people and it could be a very fun place at times. If the VP's feel that your branch is doing a good job, they will buy lunch for you. If you like to drink, they offer happy hour on Fridays. You learn a lot about the industry. Good for Job people coming right out of college. Loved the manager and some of the VP'S I worked with.

Cons

This is a starter job. You use them for experience and they work you like a dog (depending on accounts you are in). Felt bad for some of the upper management at times because majority of the time they are getting constant emails and calls about things they really couldn't control. If you're not the most organized person, you will not have a balanced life when you work there. I wasn't the biggest fan of happy hours due to people's motivation once they start drinking. The pay was more when I worked there but still wasnt enough. All and all it was a job.... It wasn't a career for me but I am very thankful for everything I learn from them (including about myself).
