I made my decision to come to R2 for 2 reasons, OPPORTUNITY and to be a part of something. It has been the chance of a lifetime.that hasn't disappointed. The office atmospheres are fast-paced, competitive, and team oriented.. I have watched entry-level employees, advance themselves through hard work and dedication who are now managing and running multi-million dollar teams. There's no feeling like it, the everyday hustle, the challenges, and overcoming adversity, to see the best come out in someone, to witness an individual doubt their capabilities and respond by attacking their fears and changing their lives, personal and professional.
