Pros

Passionate and driven people. Management seems properly incentivized to want to assist staff in anyway possible. Great management and communication between branches. Fast paced environment. High turnover in staff can lead to advancement opportunities.

Cons

Seems to be high turnover which may discourage some. Things can get moving quickly. This job is not for the lazy, or those who lack a sense of urgency. Pay could be better.

Pros

It is a fun and fast passed atmosphere. The company is growing very quickly, but responsibly. R2 promotes from within. They are changing the way third party logistics companies are viewed within the transportation industry. I'm very happy with my decision to work for R2, and I'm excited for the company's direction.

Cons

It is a high stress environment, but you can leave at work when you go home for the night.

Pros

R2 has great co-workers & management. This is by far the best work environment I’ve been a part of. We come in everyday with the opportunity to make a name for ourselves. It doesn’t matter if you’re in the 3rd week or 3rd year of employment, you’re given the same tools to excel. This is definitely a job that you get what you put into it.

Cons

None that I can think of. This is a career for driven individuals who excel in fast pace environments.
