$12 an hour after taxes, 45+ hours a week, no overtime pay, work at least 1 non-paid Saturday a month. With the "opportunity to make extra income", the workload piled on GREATLY exceeds a minuscule pay increase that only comes if you hit certain margins. The name of the game is to make the company a ton of money while pod leaders get little treats for giving up all their time and ops personnel gets a ridiculous salary. All of your emails and messages are read by paranoid management. All of the positive reviews made on this site are by management. If you try to put in your 2 weeks notice, you will be asked to leave immediately and threatened with the non-compete you are forced to sign upon being hired. This company has the worst business ethics I have experienced so far and management has zero morals. All the employees express dissatisfaction with the job but are too afraid to get fired to speak up.

The Hours. Way to long. My branch did cut it down to 9 hours a day compared to the 10 before and it made a bit of a difference. The training is a bit weak. The more you call out and answer phone calls the better you will get at it. Sometimes it was difficult to talk to management. The pay does suck a bit, but you have to work hard for it and put in the time. Only pod leaders and branch managers get commission. Pretty unfair when the associates are doing 99% of the work.
