Pros

Can earn an annual bonus of a considerable amount, if the company hits their target. Manager and team leader do care about their teams; their mental wellbeing and offer a great amount of support where needed. Different sectors to learn within the QA department. Great team support, some team members have been there for many years and always on hand to support. Great work and life balance.

Cons

Not much room for growth within the department unless you go into a different sector of the business, but most now need a qualification. As a whole, with RAC, when recruiting for other sectors other than contact centre; it seems the company does prioritize people with qualifications and degrees for some roles, rather than going for the employees with experience working within the business.

Pros

I've been in the company for many years, so things must be positive! I've reviewed based on my current role, which I have been in for 5 years . The team culture is very supportive and open. The team can discuss ideas openly and opinions are taken into account. There is room for progression, with mentoring and training fully encouraged.

Cons

The rate of pay is slightly lower than the national average, however the benefits of hybrid working and team culture make up for this for me personally.

Not all areas of the business able to accommodate hybrid working for obvious reasons, being phone based contact centre.
