      Pros

      Appreciated within team. Feedback supportive and uplifting. Work is a team effort not a pointing fingers if something doesn’t go the right way. Friendly family feel within the company. Found no toxicity at all. Manager genuinely cares about work life balance and you as an individual. Very diverse Work is varied and keeps you busy and part of bringing the company onwards and up.

      Standard benefits and policies Average pay which isn’t supplemented well by benefits and policies If you don’t like fast paced environment which is focuses on performance not the place for you

      Great team, people who genuinely care, really diverse and interesting work

      Pros

      - Fast paced and dynamic, lots of diverse work and opportunities to learn - Meritocracy - Supportive and collaborative - Room to grow if you’re willing to push yourself - Ability to gain experience outside of your normal swim lane - National household name - standard perks are pretty good - Annual bonus based on company performance - Decent facilities - Hybrid working is good for work life balance

      Cons

      - Pension could be better (cap on employer contributions) - mentoring needs to be more of a thing - can be intense
