Pros

Extremely good wage, good team of people, work on your own at your own pace, loads of opportunities to make extra money and over time etc, a lot of support and all tools and equipment provided, know your entire rota for the year, all the days your working, hours and days off giving you plenty of chance to plan holidays etc, can swap shifts with colleagues etc if need be

Cons

Long hours sometimes but you get used to it and it’s not half as bad as you think

Cons

Benefits package is below market standard: e.g. Pensionable salary capped at basic rate band, not full base pay as provided by other employers; Enhanced maternity pay limited to 3 months (vs. 5–6 months elsewhere); Christmas party budget of £20pp is too low to be meaningful

Enjoyable Place to Work & Great Work/Life Balance

Pros

Fast paced work environment with varying work, but a manageable workload. Supportive management who take the time to ensure you understand the business and the tasks you've been assigned. Friendly staff and working environment. Great work-life balance with proper hybrid working between office and home.

Cons

Nothing major, just the pension scheme uses qualifying earnings as the contribution basis meaning your employer contributions are effectively capped if you earn above this rate.
