Pros

You are usually working closely with a great team, A lot of smart people working at Ram. Pay is decent for the industry.

Cons

Upper management is terrible! ego driven, greedy, no respect for their employees, long hours and no recognition for a job well done, only getting yelled at by the CEO in front of everyone with something doesn't go exactly how he thinks it should go. Unacceptable!
