Cons
RAM management is laughably incompetent with atrocious communication skills, low moral integrity, and general cultural insensitivity. They present themselves as experts in their field but in reality, they're simply dilettantes with zero managerial experience. High quality employees realize working for this company is an abusive relationship within the first 6-months of employment and inevitably jump ship at the first opportunity. The exodus of sharp, high-quality, and motivated employees is consistent enough that management has hired mediocre performers in a futile attempt to slow down the revolving door. All previous negative reviews are accurate and without exaggeration. Former RAM employees occasionally get together to reflect and appreciate how much better their lives have become since leaving this company. This place really is that bad. To current employees: The grass is truly greener on the other side. Network with your contacts and leverage your talent and skills to find a better company to work for. Or better yet, start your own business and be your own boss! Your quantity of life will improve once you leave RAM.
