I worked there for around 6 months until the COVID shutdowns. While some of my coworkers were amazing, and the GM they had at the time was a genuinely solid individual who did his best to make it as decent as he could, the working environment overall was one of the worst I've ever encountered. The kitchen staff is paid minimum wage and their reward for getting promoted is quite literally a guarantee that they will have a 60+ hour workweek. Overtime is not an acceptable substitute for a fair wage. That creates an understandable rift between front and back of house staff, only intensified by the fact that many of the servers are astoundingly disrespectful to the kitchen staff. I've also never encountered so many innapropriate, rude, and generally awful customers in over a decade of serving. We got some fantastic customers, and there were a handful of really great regulars. But I also got groped, sexually harassed, screamed at, and treated like a robot on the regular. A few of the managers were supportive, understanding and willing to advocate for their staff when customers behaved inappropriately, the company as a whole and some of the management staff did not promote a healthy working atmosphere.

Benefits package was too expensive.
