Pros

A great company culture, a company with integrity and high standards of care, flexibility, bonus program, ideas are encouraged by management, safety is a priority, and continued growth. I enjoy coming to work everyday. I continue to learn and grow in my career each year. My co-workers are wonderful and make CDI a special place to work.

Cons

There is always room for improvement with benefits and pay but that is true at any company you work for.

Pros

Awesome coworkers, understanding company, if you need diagnostic imaging done as outpatient, the company will do it at no charge.

Cons

Company does not give raises.

Thank you for writing a review! We often hear associates speak highly of their teams, and we’re glad to see the same is true for you. Our compensation philosophy includes a merit bonus plan based on individual and company performance instead of a traditional annual merit increase.

Thanks for the advice. Consistency across teams, combined with the need to account for differences in the workflow and requirements of each team is our goal. I encourage you to talk with the RCM leadership team or HR if there are specific concerns related to misunderstandings or inconsistencies, so those can be addressed or explained. While we replaced the traditional annual salary increase program with a merit bonus plan based on individual and company performance, we continue to evaluate all positions compared to market and make adjustments where needed.
