Some of the managers actually care about their team members They provide help when you need it They make sure your health comes above all else.

Cons

sometimes you have to wait for things to get done with billing which is understandable with the amount of facilities we have.

Cons

Untrained and inexperienced supervisors . Manage via intimidations and threats . Poor pay . Communication is nonexistant. No opportunity to move up in company - all higher level positions are who knows who to get there . Total disregard for proper patient care. Scheduling / call center is the worst ever. Employees spend the entire day apologizing to patients for all the mistakes made prior to patient walking in for appointment .
