I find great satisfaction in collaborating with certain colleagues who consistently contribute to making the workload more manageable on most days. Their ability to lighten the atmosphere with laughter when necessary and their thoughtful check-ins to ensure my mental and emotional well-being significantly enhance my overall work experience.

Cons

My time at Rayus Radiology has been characterized by a clear mismatch between the outlined job responsibilities and the corresponding compensation. Despite expressing concerns about the workload multiple times, there has been no discernible effort to review or redistribute tasks. This persistent misalignment between job demands and compensation has resulted in a significant imbalance, adversely affecting both job satisfaction and work-life equilibrium. Additionally, the leadership style at Rayus Radiology has contributed to a challenging work environment. There is an apparent lack of support and guidance from upper management, fostering a sense of undervaluation and neglect among employees. The absence of transparent direction and constructive feedback has added complexity to understanding expectations and succeeding in my role.
