Pros
Direct management always expresses gratitude for jobs well done. Health benefits and company car program are really good. Techs have freedom of how the workflow goes at their sites.
Cons
Upper management is far removed from understanding the daily challenges of being in the field. They also don't seem to monetarily take care of their middle management. If you are sick or injured, you still have to go to work, calling out is not an option. Short staffed for well over 3 years causing techs to be working 60 hours a week on top of more than one 5 hour round trip commutes weekly.
