Close to home, my immediate team (most gone now) we're good.

Cons

It's like working in a very clique-y middle school. They also had incredibly racist hiring practices in the corporate office, but the centers seemed more respectful of everyone.

The option to work remotely.

Cons

Frequent and regular turnover of both new and experienced staff. Below market pay. Pay rate is very low compared to industry standard for most positions, when compared to similar positions at other companies. The promise of pay raises to anyone outside of corporate management roles has not been delivered on for years. Management has lost the trust of the staff, morale is low.
