We are proud of the work our Los Gatos team does together to deliver exceptional service to our customers. Our average length of employment for our staff at our Los Gatos site is over 7 ½ years and our patient satisfaction results for this location are high. The manager at this location has a dual operations and sales role so is out of the office meeting with referring offices regularly, and the staff is trusted to work independently and empowered to make decisions.

Coworkers are fantastic!

Morale is terrible. This used to be a great place to work, but then they lost a wonderful manager and replaced her with a HORRIBLE one. Morale has decreased dramatically since then and some of the best employees here have either been fired or quit because of her. Also hours with no thank you and mediocre pay. They offer medical benefits, but they aren’t the greatest.
