Pros

8:30-5, no call and no working on holidays. The people are awesome and friendly and help you feel right at home the moment you start working there. The supervisors are very helpful and seek to get you the tools you need to do a great job.

Cons

I can't think of any!

Pros

Nice people in management and as coworkers. Learn a lot of cool things about radiology and imaging. Overall fun environment as far as staff.

Cons

Too much to handle sometimes. Not enough tome to complete tasks while answering calls coming in all day. Scheduling Specialists have the hardest job at CDI!

You’re the first impression patients have of the organization, and you need to be well-versed in all of our procedures in order to best assist the patients. Pros

The team work is great and everyone is friendly. However, there is no pay raises but they have a bonus program where you get bonuses every quarter if goals are met.

Cons

No pay raises and health insurance premiums can be quite high

Thanks for the recommendation! You are correct, we currently have a merit bonus program where all eligible associates have the opportunity to earn additional, increased compensation through the quarterly Merit Bonus, which is based on the company’s financial goals and individuals’ performance. We will also continue to review market data information, making adjustments to those associates who are identified through this process as being below market. We currently offer three different health insurance options so associates can select the plan that best meets their needs.
