Pros
Love that it's outpatient and I don't have to work weekends or holidays
Cons
They took away quarterly bonuses and barely compensated us for it when they took it away. Had to fight just to get the appropriate pay after I was forced to get a registry I didn't want. The communication sucks. They don't listen to the technologists when we say an exam shouldn't be done and they make us do it anyways so we don't lose out on a patient i.e money.
