Pros

They have the best health insurance package anywhere that I have seen. Overall great benefits (health, dental, vision)

Cons

They do not provide a very good 401k match. I would say lowest that I have seen or know of.

Fun people. Co-workers are like family.

Cons

Benefits lacking Low pay (low ball offers) HR department worthless (I have gone for help and they are gossips) No room for advanacement
