Pros

time with family is encouraged, time to relax is also encouraged with areas designated for that purpose workout areas are also provided

Cons

training is not regimented. training needs to be on a more professional basis without the assumption that someone knows what is going on

Pros

The people that worked along side you on the floor were great. The building was air conditioned.

Cons

Local management had no idea how to push the company forward. They were not equipped to handle driving the improvements and changes needed to bring the ITB branch of the company forward. This is not their fault as the Executive put them in these positions and did not vet them properly. Condescending remarks, yelling, and sometimes blows are the way of motivation in this company.
