Pros

family environment, people work here long long time and know each other like members in a home. especially in Engineering team, director is great to work with.

Cons

the company is a little bit too traditional. facilities are old and there are some progress on going recently, hope this will bring a change to the traditional shop.

Pros

-Very Intelligent engineers and Employees -Some very fun, enjoyable people (it's really a handful of the management people who make this a difficult place to work) -Fairfield is a great area

Cons

-Upper management (save a few) have little respect for other employees -Benefits are lacking -Room for advancement is incredibly small -Looked upon poorly unless working well over 40 hours -the only people who advance are those who are willing to have no life outside of the company.
