RCM Healthcare came to me, not the other way around. I was told I would be working full time with one student. That turned into part time with several students. I complained about this, and then I was told the middle school I was placed at would claim they had the right to use me however they pleased. I was treated rudely by school staff, made a complaint, then told by RCM that this would make no difference. Prior to this, I worked with students at a non profit fulltime for years. I was entitled to at least the bare minimum of respect yet received absolutely none. I was making some progress with some students before chronic stress forced me to quit. I would only advise this job and company to my worst enemies. It is a travesty that a company as shamelessly irresponsible and unethical as this should be allowed to exist.
