      Cons

      Crappy company to work for. Management is hired in under the friends before hire concept. Point system... More like a demerit system. No room for advancement. If ur not frat brothers, or sleeping with the upper management, you are just a pawn on the Chess board that is RDI. This company was est. 1978; and, it has gotten worse from what I've seen from its history and it's previous location at carver road.

      Pros

      Once you are in the door, it feels like family. We may not all agree with each other, but we look out for one another.

      Cons

      Because of the family atmosphere, it can get a little dramatic and back stabby. There is also a lot of favoritism.

      Pros

      It is hard to lose your job working for RDI. There are many 'projects' that an individual can work on. If you are not a good fit for project A, you may be perfect for project B. There's schedule flexibility and an overall good point system that allows for an employee to take time off as needed (within guidelines) without being in jeopardy of losing their job.

      Cons

      It's hard to move up in the ranks at RDI unless you are related to, dating or are friends with the 'right people'. Compensation does not always match the duties and responsibilities given to the representative. There is a need for new computers and phone equipment. The toilets, sinks, and/or pipes need an overhaul. The restrooms are in too frequent need of repair. The water fountain filter needs to be changed. The water coming from the fountain and sink is cloudy.
