The Health Insurance plans are too expensive. The pay is well under what should be for the level I am at. Supervisors and PMs don't take previous work experience into account. In my previous job I was a process analyst and a supervisor and am a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. I have mentioned it to several supervisors and PMs and NO ONE has even asked me about what I can do to help. I was not trying to blow my own horn, but was letting them know I have skills that could be utilized. But no response was even given to me.

Terrible compensation, is NOT competitive. Benefits are minimal and cost more for terrible coverage. The workplace is toxic -- utilizes "hustle culture" and is run like a sports team (and not in a good way). If you're not willing to be a part of the boy's club, you will be shut out.
