We appreciate your feedback. And thanks for pointing out some of the benefits that RDI offers. Being a call center, we offer many different schedules at each of our locations which means we will have something that fits most everyone’s needs. We also provide health insurance, paid vacations and paid time off, and even a 401K. We haven’t even talked on the Culture and work environment! Keep up the great work.

Pros

They are flexible and understanding that we are people with personal lives that can be difficult. There is a lot of dedication from the supervisors to their agents that are meant to provide proactive improvement measures and success There are many resources that are offered for personal life growth and achievements. Opportunities for advancement exist when performance is proven.

Cons

The calls themselves can be challenging, but I find this to be more of a pro as it gives you something interesting to work with daily rather than mindless busy work!

Thank you for your review. The employment opportunities at RDI can vary drastically in the job itself as well as the candidate we are looking to hire. We do offer entry-level positions (which is a great way to get into a Contact Center without having a lot of experience) but we also offer more challenging roles that require strong communication and technical skills and the pay for that might be higher. We also have other positions within the company that require Insurance Licensing or Human Resources Experience or a specific IT skill. As a company we offer a variety of opportunities. We also pay competitively to the market as well as offering a strong Health Benefits package and even a 401K.
