CANNOT GET HEAT OR A/C TO FUNCTION BUT HAS BUDGET TO REPLACE SITE MANAGERS WALL WITH GLASS. OSHA NEEDS TO SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. New employees hired on at $12/hr while employees who have been there years are not able to get a raise higher than $11/hr, including management.
