The only good thing is the health benefits.

Cons

Management is all about micro-managing and they will hang you out to dry. Safety at the shop is very bad. There is no team work between the departments.

It is a laid back environment. Management tries to support team building initiatives.

Cons

Benefits are sub par. There is poor communication. There seems to be issues between different departments. Saw cattiness going on between grown men. They don't necessarily promote the most capable individuals.
