Pros

Have to do this survey as part of a quarterly survey in order to get paid. It's supposed to be kept confidential, but OBVIOUSLY that is NOT the case. I would say flexible schedule, but sometimes your schedule changes without warning. So not so flexible.

Cons

Constant technology issues, very little support from management, blindsided by schedule changes. Ability to track your metrics was taken away. However, you will get written up if miss a metric. I was given an award for meeting a metric and written-up for missing the metric two days later. SAME METRIC. Go figure. RAs are treated as if they are entry-level workers who are desperate for jobs. NO RESPECT.

Pros

Make your own schedule. Work independently. Some Traveling

Cons

The lack of in-person training was a significant setback, leaving new employees to navigate confusing and frustrating online resources without proper guidance. This approach made the learning process unnecessarily challenging. Moreover, the company's lack of incentives is demoralizing. There are no pay raises, and in fact, your salary decreases the longer you stay and the better you perform. This not only undermines employee motivation but also reflects a troubling disregard for recognizing and rewarding hard work. The overall work environment feels dismissive and unappreciative. Employees are made to feel expendable, with little to no regard for their contributions or professional growth. This lack of support and recognition is disheartening and makes it clear that the company values its staff as replaceable resources rather than as integral parts of its success. In summary, this company fails to invest in its employees' development, offers no incentives for improvement, and creates an environment where dedication is not rewarded. I would not recommend this position to anyone seeking a supportive and rewarding career in market research.

Cons

WILL I HAVE ENOUGH SPACE -horrible pay -in almost 9 of working ,the only pay adjustment I have had was decreasing -lack of communication -greedy company/only think of their bottom line. -have to use your own phone for $1.06 a week. I talked to my former DM and she told me they were do the minimum of what the law says. SAD -if phone breaks, needs more data, it is all on you. For $1.06 a week. -take equipment away that are quicker and very helpful to employee economics reasons to replace with our phones..now it take at least triple the time for less money for $1.06 a week.
