Great part time work

Pros

Make your own hours within a set time frame.

Cons

Some jobs may take longer than others based on certain factors. That's also flipped to a positive; the faster you are able to go, the higher the pay.

Pros

-work anytime within a given period -jobs do become somewhat easy to complete

Cons

After working for 50 hours you move to a piece pay rate. The way it works is you get around 14 cents per scan for a while and then after like 200 more hours you earn like 10 cents per scan. So the pay per scan actually decreases over time. They're thinking is you get faster at the job so you're average earning per hour goes up. The problem is when you need to go to actually scan the items, the time it takes to walk across the store takes so long that your average scan rate won't really go up even if you know exactly where everything is. Also you'll be getting like 3 hours per week so it will take a looong time to reach 250 hours and only like $40 a week.

Perfect part time work

Pros

Work on your own schedule, be able to come and go as you please, assigned a job and just have to have it done by the due date, more physically demanding than mentally, I listen to podcasts while I work, going to work is more of a break from being a stay at home mom than an actual job. Eventually you are paid per scan instead of hourly. So you aren't "punished" for getting faster by making less for taking less time to complete tasks

Cons

I saw one person say "you are left to your own devices, for better or for worse". There are times when given new assignments when you aren't quite sure what you are doing and you kinda just have to figure it out and hope for the best. It can be nerve wracking. You HAVE to be a self motivator/starter/etc. my friend who told me about this job barely lasted a month because no one was there making her do the work, so she just wouldn't. This isn't an issue for me, but if you aren't able to make you do things even if no one else is making you, this job will be hard for you to complete.
