Pros

Employee discounts, but inflated prices mean we actually break even.

Cons

The worst place to work. The store managers are incompetent at best. Very immature, demeaning, condescending toward their subordinates. We have to laugh at their sexual jokes (some managers) or fart jokes or we'll be treated differently. We (as newer employees) are held to a much different standard than the managers. Some of the leads are just as bad. A frontline lead in particular makes advances toward many of us females as well as sexual innuendos. He seems to want power/control. We are afraid to report to HR since others have been fired recently for reporting harassment. Terrible place to work.

Awesome colleagues. Okay gear. Okay bennies

Cons

Union-busters! Refuse to pay living wages! Refuse to give enough hours to pay bills! Gaslighting! Favoritism/spite!
