Pros

Pro deals, 50% off REI brand items, green vest certified

Cons

Management team does not share the same values as the co-op. There have been too many “that shoulda been an HR form” but in the global climate we are in, I digress. One particular manager asks us to use our 15 min breaks to learn on Spark training, which is asking us to work on our breaks. A lot of focus and pressure on memberships and Mastercards, though there is no financial incentive/bonus. Pays slightly more (maybe a $1 or $2) than regular retail yet the expectations and knowledge you are expected to have does not balance out. You are giving many people personal experiences/fittings/advice/tours, not just folding clothes/checking people out.
