Great coworkers and interesting products.

Cons

Manipulative and ineffective managers, company layoffs, lack of job security. Really just an Amazon-like company masquerading as a co-op. Your relationships with coworkers will keep you here for too long, and you'll be struggling to pay rent due to inconsistent hours.

Discounts, like minded people regarding outdoor activities, customers and employees alike. Great manager.

Cons

)ook at their Facebook page, Instagram, ads, grants,..98 percent plus only women and dogs. Very sexist. And a person is shot down by most if this is questioned. Contrary to my sense of justice and equality. Told twice I was too old for advancement (60).

Good values at its core: Sincere in efforts to protect the outdoors and encourage people to enjoy outdoor recreation. Good bonus program.

Cons

In the last few years, there's more of a tendency to shortchange employees in efforts to build the business and increase membership. Vacation benefits are a bit behind the times. Lost its position as a company with a heart that cares for employees, and is more and more of a soulless corporation as time goes on.
