Pros

ProDeals, friendly coworkers, and good travel recommendations.

Cons

Not an actual co-op and for the amount the CEO/higher ups get paid, they don't appropriately compensate their employees. Membership conversion rates determine your hours, schedule, and how you're treated (favored) over your actual product knowledge & customer service skills. They often prioritize sales over the health and safety of their employees despite their efforts to be a (self proclaimed) "progressive" place to work. There's not much flexibility with vacation or time-off requests. CEO is going above and beyond to discourage employees from unionizing which is a pretty strong indicator that they absolutely need one.
