- Work pressure is always there. Employees are pressurised to work on weekends.
- Hign Premiums on Health Insuarance
- Managers have bossy attitute, they even don't care how much you are contributing. They believe what their favorite employees say. So Favoritism is a big issue in this company.
- Most of the projects are built on old technologies such as ASP.Net 2.0 framework, Winforms. Which are not beneficial to learn and grow.
- Employees' annual performance is evaluated based on the feedback of the team members, not by Employees contribution. Not all team members are nice to you. Managers values those negative feedbacks only so as not to provide upgrade/rise in salary.
