Decent Pay and benefits. Coworkers are collaborative and supportive at least in the NASA SBIR department. Can flex time as needed

Cons

Very fast paced and stressful Salaried Only 3 weeks of PTO Performance evaluations seem questionable Your job stability is at the mercy of federal IT contracts and Congress, but job stability has been good so far.

Nothing, you will not get anything except very low salary and bad benefit

Cons

If the company does not have projects that need your skill set, they will kick you out right away. Besides, they will discharge instead of layoff, so you will not get any unemployment benefit. They don't even want to spend money to pay for the unemployment benefit.

The team I work with is great. I was new to the field when I started, and they fully supported me and helped make my onboarding seamless.

Cons

The pay is a bit under market average, but I don't mind too much because of the flexibility within my team and all the other benefits/opportunities provided by the company.
