Pros

Decent benefits. Federal govt projects,so gives you stability

Cons

This place is good for people who don't mind being bullied by Managers.People who have stayed 10 + years in the firm have all grown up the hierarchy and become Managers. Most of them are not proficient enough in English(verbal or written)managers have 0 Managerial skills and extremely poor soft skills.they could yell at any subordinates every other day for silly reasons. There is no process and Manager changes/manipulates the process as per his wish .This is RIDICULOUS and need to stop in case you want to save old employees. REI is very could at giving loft designations verbally and make you slog to their utmost potential..However that position will never come to you on paper... Senior Management does not take any action against these monstrous Managers who actually could suck up all your blood...!!

Worst Company to work For!

Pros

A growing company with many project

Cons

Totally under staffed and real inexperienced management. Most of the line managers are from India with hardly any American work experience or knowledge of US labor laws. At the time of interview, they will be really nice to you but when you actually start working for them, they will expect you to work every night as well as weekends. These managers will not ask you if you are busy during he nights or weekends, they will simply tell you that you need to get the work done during nights or weekends. No apology for asking you to work during the nights or weekends, they will simply require you to work when the managers want.

Pros

401k and HSA match are good.

Cons

No future: unless you are friends or related to higher-ups your chance of growth are non-existent. One of the most unorganized organizations that I worked with—lack of transparency is a huge reason. In order to win contracts they underbid and cut a million corners to still be profitable by pushing all the burden on employees: this company should have 20-30% more employees, extremely understaffed. Many more, but not relevant enough to state.
