Pros

The work environment is great. You're surrounded by lots of talent in every department. HR and management are very responsive and overall flexibility is very good. Very diverse in the energy markets. Projects move very quickly.

Cons

You're always busy, if that is a con. Seems hard to get away for PTO time sometimes because of the amount of work and project load. End of the year gets extremely busy, almost opposite of the consulting world.
