RevGen has been an incredible place to gain real hands-on sales experience. From day one you’re given the tools and training to succeed. I’ve built a ton of confidence talking to decision-makers and have seen real success because of the coaching and support from my manager and team. Also everyone who works here is really supportive. There is high energy and everyone is motivating each other constantly. If you’re looking to build a strong foundation in tech sales and learn what it takes to be a top performer RevGen is the perfect place to start.

Cons

Like any fast-paced sales role it can definitely be mentally draining at times. You’re expected to balance booking consistent meetings every day while also hitting your dial goals which can be a lot.

- Learns the essentials for sales - Hones your skills on how to sell on all levels of the job (from SDR to AE roles) - Amazing office culture, large thanks to Duke, the company black lab. - Reasonable goals, support to reach them, and celebrations when you do hit them.

Cons

- Slightly large dial count of 115 per day - Can get pretty stressful when you're tracking behind - Specific campaigns have some of the worst people you'll have the displeasure of speaking with, but it balances out with the best conversations you can have with others in the industry
