Pros

Managers: They will be some of the best people you will ever meet. Greg and Max were my two managers throughout my time at RevGen, Two of the best teachers and mentors ever, but also two great friends I will be able to have for the rest of my life. The program: Overall, RevGen's idea of Sales Rep Development is perfect. Yeah, the daily goals are a little daunting at first, but I soon realised that it was the best possible way to not only learn your product, but also effectively develop the skills you would need to further your career.

Cons

No cons. Perfect place to work!

Thank you for such a thoughtful and meaningful review. We’re incredibly grateful for your kind words and for the trust you’ve placed in REVGEN during this stage of your career. Hearing feedback like this about our managers, especially Greg and Max, means a lot. They care deeply about teaching, mentoring, and showing up for their teams, and it’s great to see that impact reflected in your experience. We’re also glad the structure and daily goals of the program have helped accelerate your growth, even if they felt challenging at first. That stretch is intentional, and it’s encouraging to hear how it’s translating into real skill development. Thank you for being part of the team and for bringing such a positive mindset to your role. We’re excited to continue supporting your growth! - The REVGEN Team

Pros

- it really gives a competitive edge to finding a job after graduation - learn skills to get into the tech sales world - have supportive managers to keep the spirits and morale high - fun and great team/office environment, people that work there are really cool lol - transform yourself into a professional, keep up with the fast pace, hone time management, work on personal brand, do the homework, clip in with teammates, and learn how to self-manage and give yourself what you need to perform at the level you need to succeed - loved the staff and team - the recruiters really help land you a job and do interview training with you to get into your next role

Cons

- at least 115 calls per day but completely doable if you master time management - also, the very competitive nature of the quotas can make you or break you but not a con if you can overcome your mind on days you don't get a booking - the pay is low but it's basically paid training for a career growth program to help get into a higher paying job so if you can swing it for a few months, do it!
