Amazing Opportunity

Pros

Come in with 0 sales experience, put your nose to the grindstone for 4-6 months, and transform your career trajectory/ earning potential forever. A unique opportunity that has been made possible by a very determined CEO and a passionate group of managers who consistently go above and beyond to make sure their reps have the best chance of reaping the rewards and having long term success.

Cons

Due to the collaborative nature of this type of work, you will inevitably form close relationships with your co-workers and managers. It makes graduation time bittersweet. But at least we have plenty of happy hours where we can see our alumni :)

REVGEN Leadership

Pros

I've been with REVGEN for a while and I've had the chance to grow professionally while helping build and support teams across multiple industries. What sets REVGEN apart is the culture. It’s energetic, collaborative, and genuinely supportive. It's fast-paced but fun, and everyone is driven by the same goal, to succeed together. I’ve never worked at a company where people cheer each other on so consistently, The mindset is "team first" which is really hard to come across. REVGEN’s a great place to be if you're looking to break into tech sales or grow in your career with people who push you (in a good way).

Cons

Pros

I've been with REVGEN for several years and am truly grateful for the opportunities I've had here. The leadership team, especially John, does an exceptional job of identifying talent and empowering individuals to grow, take ownership, and succeed. The company culture is outstanding—collaborative, supportive, and genuinely people-focused. I take real pride in the meaningful work we do and the positive impact it has.

Cons

Training entry-level sales reps is both challenging and rewarding. While it can be demanding, it’s incredibly fulfilling to watch new team members grow, develop their skills, and succeed in their roles. Due to the nature of our work, remote days are rarely an option.
